Canton Flea Market

My grandmother, mother, aunt and I went to the Canton Flea Market last Thursday. I've been going for years. Even when I was in middle school, my mom would let me play hooky, and we would go shopping. I always have great memories from events like this, and every year I am reminded of why I go - to spend time with the ones I love.

This year it seemed to be extra crowded, more so than any other year. Did anyone else seem to think so?

For those of you who haven't been to the flea market, it is jam packed with goodies from jewelry to boot bird houses (as shown above). Almost everything is handmade (my kind of place!)

I left with a turquoise wrap bracelet from LoLeigh's and a lace, ruffled vest. Up next, Mistletoe Market for Christmas goodies! Simply can't wait.

Hope everyone is having a great Monday. Maybe this song will make it that much better.

ps. tomorrow's post: we picked a date!
