Valentino Resort 2015
When it comes to fashion, I don't have a particular style and that has always bugged me. I love being able to look at a person and know the things that make them starry eyed: their go-to clothing colors; their fashion weaknesses and the things they splurge on; their style of clothing, etc. For instance, have you ever been shopping, see a garment and say, "I can SO see (enter name) wearing this!" ?
In fact, as I write this several people come to mind. I have friends who lean more towards brown and black clothes than color. I have friends who have more shoes than outfits to pair them with; and I have friends who are more likely to be caught in tulle than tomboy.
…but, that's not me. And I don't know why? I like it all. I like everything! If you were to look at my closet and judge me based off of what you see, you wouldn't know where to start because it's a smorgasbord of styles.
I don't have a go-to style. I don't have an adjective for the way I dress. All I can say is when I see something, I automatically know if it's me or not…like Valentino Resort 2015.
Oh. my. god. I. am. in. love.
Just take a look at these colors and textures, why dontcha?!
Have you seen more beautiful clothes in your entire life?!?! The answer is NO!
In the Valentino Resort 2015, I see tribal. colorful. 60's shift dresses. baroque. antique. western. 70's fringe. tomboy. hippie. bohemian. and so much more.
Through this, I realized that I'm OK with being a little bit of everything. I'm learning to forget the rules, pile on the adjectives and saying who I am without having to speak. I'd like to know…do you have a penchant for the way you dress? Do you have a go-to style?

Bindi + Bohemian
Every once in a while when Tyler and I have a break from work and we feel like having a little fun, we have photo shoots in the back yard. Nothing extravagant. Just simple and beautiful photo shoots (usually filled with lots of color!)
I found these bindi's online at TopShop (if you don't know what a bindi is, it's a decorative mark worn in the middle of the forehead by Indian women) and thought they were so wonderful in all of their color glory. They were the focal point of this festive shoot!

Black Tie Wedding, Atlanta Georgia
Nothing says June quite like 3 weddings and 1 shower in one month alone!! Yep, it must be wedding season! We kicked off the first weekend of June in Atlanta. Tyler and I had the privilege of attending the most beautiful wedding for one of our favorite couples, Kyle and Amanda.
There is something about weddings that make the strangers in a room become family. We met so many loving people during all of the wedding festivities; some were from college, others from the bride's hometown. We talked with newly married couples like us and others that are getting married in just a matter of weeks! It was so special getting to know everyone.
Taking place in the St. Regis ballroom, this wedding beautifully blended timeless charm with elegant, romantic details. Again, it was such an honor to be apart of it all and see the two people we love the most get married!
Kyle & Amanda, you have a way of making everyone around you feel like the luckiest people in the room. That is a trait that not a lot of people have. You two are absolutely perfect for one another and I can't wait to see your Godly marriage grow. We are blessed to call you both friends and cherish every minute we spend with you.
